PAYMENT POLICY

2. Payment Terms

• Order Confirmation: Payments must be made in full to confirm and process the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Advance Payments: For custom orders or bulk purchases, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of order placement.
• Final Payment: Remaining balances must be cleared before delivery or as per agreed terms in the sales contract.

3. Currency

All transactions are conducted in USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise stated.

4. Invoicing

• Customers will receive an official invoice upon payment confirmation.
• Invoices include itemized product details, total costs, applicable taxes, and payment instructions.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. For payment disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us at billing@qubesopic.com within 7 business days of the transaction.

6. Late Payments

• A late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law may apply to overdue balances.
• Orders with unpaid balances may be delayed or canceled without prior notice.

7. Security

We utilize secure payment gateways and encryption protocols to protect your payment information. Novasopic does not store sensitive payment data on its servers.

8. Payment Verification

For high-value transactions or first-time customers, Novasopic reserves the right to request additional verification to ensure payment security.

9. Changes to Payment Terms

Novasopic reserves the right to update or amend payment terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website and will apply to future transactions.
